When my daughter and her husband decided to move closer to me, I was very excited. I knew that they would be happier in this neighborhood. Everyone, no matter where you are living, has some sort of hvac system in their house. For people in the US who live in warmer climates, the heating aspect of it may not be the most important because while the temperature will only drop so much depending on where they live. My main point is don’t be afraid to shop around, but make sure you have some company in mind because in the winter, you’ll want a working heater.
